Refund Policy

Thank you for being part of the CBK community.

Our membership program sustains the work of cultivating connection, formation, and shared wisdom throughout the year. To keep our processes consistent and our offerings accessible, we’ve outlined the following membership refund guidelines.

Membership Renewal

CBK memberships renew automatically each year on the anniversary of your enrollment. Renewal reminders are sent to the email address associated with your account.

Refunds for Renewed Memberships

Because membership benefits begin immediately upon renewal, CBK does not offer refunds for renewed memberships.

Refunds for New Memberships

CBK does not offer refunds for new membership purchases.

All membership sales are final.

Membership Access

Membership benefits—including exclusive content, early access, discounts, and community offerings—are available immediately upon purchase or renewal.
